Show and Tell Monday

I thought I would try my hand at smocking. I have never done it but I belong to The Smocker's Guild and this was something they said was for beginners. We will see.

  2. I can't wait to see it either! My grandmother used to make smocked aprons and the smocked toilet paper doll dressed -- do you remember those? They used gingham checked material?

  7. I just love smocking. I am always in awe of that kind of work. I have two boys but I enjoy looking at little girls smocked dresses. I know i had a few of my own way back when. Good luck with it.
