Scarf for Christmas

I love bamboo yarn -- it works up so nice and comes in such rich colors.  This scarf is a gift for one of my grandchildren and the green yarn is bamboo angora and the multicolor is a wool.  I can't wait to see the finished scarf.

It is 24 days and counting

It is 24 days now until I move to Boone NC. I have closed the beloved-creations website but will still have items for sale under http://belovedcreations.etsy.com/ so check out my items on that site. I will only be offering a few things at a time.

It is also 26 days until my daughter Teresa goes to Iraq. I pray for her and all the rest of our soldiers safty and healthy return. May this war be over soon.

Here is what I have been working on this week. I have made several of these scarfs now and feel I have the pattern down pat. Each scarf will be made of wonderful soft yarn such as bamboo and angora, bamboo and silk, cashmere, maybe even mohair.
