Frannie's House

I love this house and Frannie and Hank were such wonderful hosts. The house is amazing -- full of wonderful things to dream over. The grounds were so peaceful that I could have just sat for days. Thank you Frannie and everyone who had a part in the week in Greensburg, Kentucky

I had the most wonderful time in Greensburg with Frannie and Ivy. Not only did I meet MaryJane and family but Frannie, Ivy, and I went shopping on Friday in Bardstown, KY.

Oh My Gosh a Visit The Most Incredible Women

I had the most wonderful 3 days in Greensburg, Kentucky. I was so wore out that I had to rest before I could even post and I will post pictures later. It was just an amazing vist with Frannie and the incredible people of Greensburg. They pull out all the stops to welcome MaryJane and her family. Meeting MaryJane, Meg, and Katie were so much fun. They were so genuine and kind hearted that I just felt in awe of them. Everywhere we went they were treated like royalty and well deserved respect. I just wanted to get a few words out there and will post more later.

Embroidered Church Krypton Brethren Church Krypton KY

I machine embroidered this white linen blend cloth with a country church. It just so happens it looks just like the church in Krypton Kentucky that I attend. I just added the name of our church to make it more personal. If you would like a ready to frame sew-out on linen blend or bleached muslin, it will be on my web site soon. Krypton Quilt

This unique and beautiful quilt was on display at the Krypton Brethren Church in Krypton Kentucky during "Home Coming" this weekend. Krypton is a small community in Eastern Kentucky where my family is from. My great-aunt made this quilt that shows all of the buildings in Krypton. She has even added the train tracks that go right through our little community.
